Refunds
You are entitled to a refund ONLY for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure is minor, we reserve the right to not offer a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you need the receipt or proof of transaction that has been sent to your email and some pictures to show the defective part.
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
